This week, reVISION Masters in partnership with Brazos Residential successfully executed two fixed-rate, cash-out refinances.

• The Lovato and Marshall Apartments in DFW, originally purchased together in summer 2022, were on floating-rate debt.
• Our investor bus tour took place in May 2023.
• We completed the refinances in August 2024.

A tremendous team effort, especially given the current challenges in the capital markets. After a buy-down, we locked in an all-in rate of 4.92% on a 5-year term with 2 years interest-only.
