Sherman Gateway is Making Progress

Lot's of progress being made at our Sherman Gateway project:

• Zoning and Site Plan approved for 1,700+ MF units (4 separate apartment communities)
• Permitting for horizontal and Phase I of our development ~70% complete
• Working on elevations and amenities for Phase I (400+ units)
