Real Estate Diversification
John Monteiro, BS Economics, MBA and I have always looked at implemented diversification in our investments. Currently, reVISION Masters focuses on:
- Acquiring existing garden-style multifamily (primarily in the Texas Triangle);
- Developing Class A, garden-style multifamily in path of progress markets in the Texas Triangle;
- Acquire/build short-term rentals in neighboring non-Core of Engineers lakes around DFW; and
- Developing pre-manufactured homes rental communities for "affordable housing" tenants in the DFW area.
Recently, we have just formed a partnership with a very experienced developer and operator of express tunnel car washes. This is another real estate arm that now rests under the reVISION Masters umbrella.

While we are talking to a couple of lenders and an equity group, we are always looking for new lending and equity relationships. Currently, we have 6 under PSA and ready to close in 45-120 days and start construction (like our MF development deals, we de-risk the land by getting entitlements prior to closing) and 11 in the pipeline being negotiated.
