We're thrilled to share progress on our massive 57-acre, 1,700+ unit multifamily development project! 🏡🏗️

Our team (John Monteiro, BS Economics, MBA Bernard Koszyk, CPA, CA Merrill Kaliser, JD Jon Kendall Tandy Robinson, CPA and Jeff Satz, PMP) is diligently working on the final set of plans for both the horizontal development and Phase I, which will bring 396 much-needed residential units to this rapidly growing area. 📈

And speaking of growth, the buzz is real! 💥 With Texas Instruments announcing their groundbreaking $30 BILLION chip plant right across from our development, the future of Sherman is brighter than ever. 🌟 This investment will bring countless opportunities and further fuel the region's economic boom. 💼
