The problem to solve was creating a daily “blood test” to determine if business objectives are being met on a daily basis. Additionally, KPIs will show you if data was entered incorrectly by either showing an out of the ordinary spike in one of the 75+ KPIs or in the daily exceptions report that determines if data falls outside of a 10% variance.
